12 Days of DIYs: White Chocolate Raspberry Thumbprints

All right, I have to include cookies in the 12 DIYs of Christmas because:
 1. I am a recipe blogger, after all
2. Cookies are an integral part of Christmas
3. Everyone loves food
If you are saying that Cookies don't count as a "DIY" then I say "bah humbug" to you! And I'll point you back to reason #3 for including these little delights in my Christmas series.

These thumbprints are so delicious. The cookie is sugary and soft, the jam adds a mouth watering depth of flavor and the chocolate drizzle is the icing on top..literally.

These recipe cards are for you to print so you can add this Christmas cookie recipe to your stash of recipe cards!

Mix the batter up. I refrigerated mine for 20 minutes and they were incredibly easy to roll.

Roll into balls.

Bake at 350 until light, puffy, and gorgeous. Add a "thumbprint" for the jelly when you take them out of the oven.

Fill with jelly when cool.

Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy.

I am linking these cookies up with Recipe Writers Christmas Cookie link up!
Go ahead and link your cookies up there, too.

Merry Christmas!
