Now that the New Year's Resolutions have been made...many of us have committed ourselves to new "lifestyle changes" and kissed our
dieting goodbye (we hope). If you are already eating healthy, you inspire us all! If you are giving the goal of getting healthy another try and are like me, you think eating healthy sounds a heck of a lot easier than running. So, it looks like a good place to start. Right?
We all know that healthy eating and exercise are married, though.
You invite one into your life and you must grudgingly bring the other with it. If you start eating healthy and working out, you feel damn good, though. That, we cannot deny. The hardest part is getting started on all of it.
This is why this month's link up is going to give us all a place to look at, share and pin our favorite healthy recipes for our new starts.

Here is how Recipe Writers works:
At the beginning of every month we will introduce a new theme and all share our recipes here. The link party will close on the last day of the month. This way you will have time to share a recipe before and after the holiday (if there is one) so others can try it, check out other recipes to try yourself and impress your family and friends with the delicious flavors of the season. For example, November was Thanksgiving Favorites and December was Christmas Cookies!
